Hand Knotted Rugs
Hand Knotted rugs are of the finest quality, using either 100% New Zealand wool or Chokla wool on a cotton base. Created using a persian knotting technique for greater detail, with knot density adjusted to match the design: finer for intricate patterns, and coarser for bold, geometric styles.
The wool used varies in thickness and may be either mill-spun or hand-spun, depending on the desired finish and quality of the rug. Every design in our portfolio can be adapted and custom-made to your required size, and colour palette, in a range of making techniques (Hand Knotted, Hand Tufted, Premium Tufted and Flatweave).
