Varvara Rug
The Varvara rug is a classic multi coloured spot design. Limiting the design to a single motif, the spots are layered over different blocks of colour in the background adding depth to the design.
Made in 100% New Zealand wool using a traditional asymmetrical knotting technique on an upright loom. This creates a premium quality long-lasting rug, with intricate design detail. The motifs are hand-carved to create a 3-dimensional profile. The dense pile of the wool adds both depth and texture to the colours.
The Varvara rug is available to view in our Whitstable showroom. We welcome visitors 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Hand Knotted – Our hand knotted rugs are made using traditional techniques on an upright loom. This creates a premium quality long-lasting rug. Hand knotted rugs are of the finest quality and tend to be weighty and flexible. The dense pile of the wool adds both depth and texture to the colours.

Underlay + Rug care
An underlay provides cushioning that increases the longevity of a rug; we advise customers to use a good quality anti-slip underlay, for this reason, and to prevent a rug from creasing and slipping, whether on a carpet or a hard floor. Underlay also protects the floor covering beneath from transference of colours or fibres from the back of the rug.

Every design in our portfolio can be adapted and custom-made to your required size, and colour palette, in a range of making techniques (Hand Knotted, Premium Tufted, Hand Tufted or Flatweave).

Shipping and returns
UK Delivery
UK retail orders are charged £3.95, with FREE shipping on purchases over £100. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2 to 4 working days.
International Delivery
International retail orders are sent with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Delivery charges are weight based and are confirmed at checkout.
Returns
In-stock items may be returned by customers for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, for hygiene reasons, opened bedding cannot be returned.
